Description Description Custom built, one-of-a-kind, hand held Water Jet Cutting System with jet catcher, pressure sensative tip, and dual trigger for triple safety. This system was specially designed for manual, hand-held water jet trimming using a FLOW SYSTEMS, 50 HP, 65,000 PSI intensifier that is cooled by a 50 HP chiller. The hand held unit is mounted on a 24' radius boom, is easily controlled with 4° of freedom including a toggle switch controlled lift assist to finitely control the Z-direction, and relieve the operator of holding any weight. The system is complete as shown with: Intensifier, chiller, water softener, boom system, water jet cutting unit and catcher, controls, and high pressure plumbing and swivels. This system is great for cutting easy to chip materials, and has a very low (500) hours of usage.
